Responsibilities

- Secure federal grants and industry partnerships for $10M+ research portfolios
- Author whitepapers that shape global AI policy frameworks
- Mentor PhD fellows and junior researchers in our accelerator program
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and leading academic conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in AI or quantum domains
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record securing NSF/DARPA grants or corporate innovation funding
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of research at scale (>1M users)
- Experience mentoring diverse teams in high-stakes environments
