Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investor stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and tech incubators
- Oversee the development of ethical AI frameworks for next-gen autonomous solutions
- Manage a $15M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in AI/ML transformation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futurism, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on AI or emerging tech
- Experience scaling AI teams from concept to enterprise deployment (>500 employees)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and AGI development
- Executive presence with successful board-level presentations
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technologies launched with $100M+ market impact
