Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap for AI-driven transformation
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical specialists
- Identify and mitigate ethical/societal impacts of advanced AI deployments
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, bio-computing)
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published research on AI ethics or technological singularity topics
