What You'll Achieve:

- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies using AI-powered tools
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype futuristic concepts (AR/VR, AGI, etc.)
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and societal impact
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating AI trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published work on future of work or human-AI collaboration
