Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI systems for autonomous decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI)
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in high-stakes environments
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints to validate futuristic concepts through MVP development
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 5-year research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or 10+ years in advanced R&D leadership
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural networks
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
