Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across healthcare and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech disruptions using quantum-enhanced algorithms
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment in regulated industries
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied machine learning and computational futurism
- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Computational Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 5+ years in strategic AI implementation with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience securing federal research grants and managing $5M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (FDA, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized AI products with market impact
