Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-forward AI strategic roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities for AI integration in emerging domains
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI precursors)
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and decision-making AI
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-viable AI products and features
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership papers on the future of human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, research, or product development with 5+ years in futures planning
- Proven track record of launching AI products with 3+ years market impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative AI
- Published work on AI ethics, explainable AI, or sociotechnical systems
- Experience with foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, technology roadmapping)
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-AI)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futures Studies preferred
