Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on quantum-neural integration frameworks
- Architect ethical AI governance models for autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Produce foresight reports on biotech-AI convergence trends
- Mentor junior researchers in generative AI optimization techniques
- Secure $2M+ in research grants for experimental AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level neural-symbolic systems
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and hybrid architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming libraries
