Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (quantum neural networks, AGI frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neurotech, bio-AI, decentralized AI)
- Establish ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with venture capital team to identify transformative acquisition targets
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in AI strategy
- Proven experience with large language models and quantum computing architectures
- Deep understanding of AGI development paradigms and alignment challenges
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
