Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product development with future scenarios
- Author white papers on ethical AI frameworks for post-2025 autonomous systems
- Partner with government agencies on AI policy development for 2030 readiness
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformational potential
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work on AGI safety, quantum machine learning, or neuro-symbolic AI
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Demonstrated experience bridging academic research with commercial applications
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio showcasing technology impact assessments for 2025+ scenarios
