Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant machine learning algorithms
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI paradigms and regulatory landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration in Fortune 500 enterprises
- Author white papers and present at Davos-level technology summits
- Prototype generative AI systems for climate crisis mitigation
- Mentor PhD researchers in next-gen neural architecture optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural networks or quantum computing
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning systems
- Proven track record of scaling AI models to 100M+ parameter deployments
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Certification in quantum algorithm development (IBM Qiskit/Google Cirq)
- Experience securing $5M+ in AI research grants
