Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead development of adaptive neural networks capable of autonomous ethical decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI paradigms (quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing)
- Establish governance frameworks for human-AI symbiotic systems
- Partner with product teams to embed AI capabilities into commercial solutions
- Author thought leadership papers on AI's societal impact and regulatory evolution
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic technology planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Cognitive Science with published futurism research
- Proven track record in deploying enterprise-grade AI systems at scale
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and biologically-inspired algorithms
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for technology forecasting
- Strong background in AI safety and explainable AI techniques
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
