Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 AI strategic roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between R&D, product, and policy teams to align on ethical AI deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum neural networks)
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives, venture capital partners, and government advisory boards
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of data scientists, ethicists, and futurists
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships for 2026 technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years of strategic tech leadership
- Published research in quantum machine learning or AGI alignment frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in ethical AI governance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic hardware
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of strategic roadmaps implemented for Fortune 500 clients
