Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing with 10+ years industry disruption
- Published 50+ peer-reviewed papers on AGI or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy (UN/WTO)
- Expertise in quantum neural networks and topological data analysis
- Fluency in at least 3 programming languages (Python, Rust, Haskell)
- Previous role as Chief Futurist at unicorn-scale tech company
