Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-gen AI systems for autonomous decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and risk mitigation
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) highly desirable
- Experience with AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance) preferred
