Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Neuroscience, Quantum Computing, or equivalent field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics frameworks with published IEEE/ACM papers
- Expertise in tensor calculus and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neural interface SDKs
