Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI paradigms and regulatory shifts
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with business objectives and ESG goals
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and societal impact
- Coordinate with academic institutions to shape AI research agendas
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent experience with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing applications
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive technologies
