Responsibilities

- Mentor innovation teams in ethical AI development and responsible deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on machine learning or quantum computing
- Proven track record scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience securing NSF/NIH grants for AI research initiatives
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and ISO 42001 compliance frameworks
- Portfolio showcasing production-grade autonomous systems with >99.9% uptime
