Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI capabilities, forecasting trends for 2026 and implementing scalable architectures.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the engineering of high-performance inference pipelines and edge computing solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and fairness protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
