Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge machine learning models for large-scale production environments.
- Lead the MLOps strategy, ensuring high availability and automated deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine algorithms and improve model accuracy.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics.
- Optimize system performance for low-latency, high-throughput data processing.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and Neural Networks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
