Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms to accelerate AI model training by 100x
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Collaborate with NASA on quantum computing solutions for deep space missions
- Architect hybrid AI-quantum systems for real-time climate modeling
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning applications
- Mentor engineers in quantum circuit optimization and error correction
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech forums including IEEE and ACM
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in AI/ML with quantum computing applications
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
