Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical CS, or Physics (post-doc preferred)
- 3+ years experience with quantum error correction protocols
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Proven track record of securing $500K+ in research funding
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations
