Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for long-term stability and quantum resistance.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI agents and Large Language Models into core product ecosystems.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring our stack remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy edge computing solutions that leverage future-proof protocols.
- Conduct rigorous security audits to ensure data integrity against evolving quantum threats.
- Drive the adoption of zero-trust architecture models across all new deployments.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent) and post-quantum cryptography.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and technical uncertainty.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
