Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for large-scale data analysis
- Lead research projects in explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Develop prototypes for autonomous decision-making systems in healthcare and logistics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through internal tech talks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in neural network optimization and distributed training
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and high-performance computing environments
- Published research in AI/ML with strong GitHub portfolio
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and transformer architectures
- Experience with MLOps and deploying models at scale
- Passion for ethical AI development and responsible innovation
