Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge R&D in quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Design novel neural network models for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Collaborate with robotics teams to embed adaptive AI in physical hardware
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Secure $1M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor PhD interns and junior researchers
- Present findings at global tech summits (NeurIPS, ICML)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 3+ years post-doc experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF research funding
- Fluency in distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Portfolio of open-source contributions with 1K+ GitHub stars
