Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-entangled neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop explainable AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications on federated learning and differential privacy advances
- Prototype and validate AI solutions using next-generation hardware accelerators
- Collaborate with ethics committees to establish industry-leading AI governance protocols
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent top-tier venues
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks (Cirq, Qiskit)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical research into production-ready systems
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and transfer learning methodologies
- Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act regulations
- Demonstrated experience securing $500k+ in government or corporate research grants
