Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied machine learning research experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing
- Published work in NeurIPS, ICML, or similar venues
- Strong background in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Experience with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit/IBM Q)
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems
