Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing neuro-symbolic AI frameworks with explainable decision pathways

- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize AI algorithms for fault-tolerant quantum processors

- Present breakthrough research at premier AI conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 3+ years of industry R&D experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) on quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 500+ hours of distributed training on quantum simulators
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and NISQ-era hardware optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into production-level AI systems
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience securing $1M+ in government or corporate research grants
