Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Lead research on explainable AI frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
- Develop prototype systems using quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Author breakthrough publications in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum co-design
- Present findings at global summits including Davos 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years developing production-level ML systems at scale
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/Science journals
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven ability to secure $1M+ in research grants
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
- Deep understanding of 2026 AI ethics and governance frameworks
