Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for multimodal AI systems
- Develop quantum-inspired algorithms for accelerated machine learning
- Lead research in ethical AI alignment and human-AI collaboration frameworks

- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on hybrid AI-quantum models

Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (2020-2026)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and diffusion models

- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Machine Intelligence
- Experience with distributed ML on 10k+ GPU clusters
