Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired algorithms for next-gen AI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing neural-symbolic reasoning frameworks
- Architect autonomous systems with explainable AI capabilities for 2026 applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature AI, Science Robotics)
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through innovative grant proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent at least 3 core technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years of quantum ML research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants for futuristic AI research
- Fluency in Python, C++, and emerging AI programming paradigms
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory into production-grade systems
