Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures leveraging quantum hybrid models
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at global tech summits
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI co-processing systems
- Drive commercialization of research through patent development and product integration
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced ML research with published papers at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and tensor network simulations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale distributed computing systems
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and bias mitigation
- Track record of translating research into commercial applications
