Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing integration with machine learning
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and establish new industry standards for ethical AI development
- Secure multi-million dollar government and private research grants for 2026-2027 projects
- Develop proprietary algorithms for real-time multimodal data processing
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (10+ publications)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF grants preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Ability to translate complex research into actionable business applications
