Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design AI-optimized quantum processors
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for transparent and bias-free decision systems
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through NIH and NSF proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent at least 3 AI innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/ML venues
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum ML
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in research grants
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit)
- Experience deploying AI systems at scale (>10M users)
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted AI-related patents
