Responsibilities
- Architect and implement novel AI algorithms for next-generation autonomous systems and generative models
- Lead research on ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques for 2026 deployment
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum ML approaches
- Develop proprietary NLP models achieving human-level reasoning for enterprise applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive cross-functional innovation with engineering teams
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants through proposal development
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 5+ years of industry research experience
- Published 10+ papers at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 50+ Google Scholar citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative adversarial networks
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed ML frameworks
