Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in federated learning and explainable AI
- Publish top-tier papers at NeurIPS, ICML, and CVPR conferences
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial solutions
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning research
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and generative models
- Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
- Experience with distributed training on GPU/TPU clusters
- Demonstrated ability to lead research projects from concept to deployment
