Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge algorithms and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level machine learning applications.
