Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-inspired neural networks for next-generation AI systems
- Lead experimental research in unsupervised multimodal learning across text, vision, and sensor data
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and top AI conferences
- Prototype and deploy AI solutions in production environments serving 10M+ users
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead cross-functional research pods
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 50+ citations
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with proven implementation of transformer architectures
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum machine learning
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible development practices
- Track record of deploying production ML systems serving enterprise-scale workloads
