Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top AI/ML conferences (h-index ≥15)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, transformer architectures, and federated learning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF grants for AI research
