Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural architectures for next-generation predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum computing with classical AI systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making in high-stakes environments
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge ML techniques and future-focused methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Secure research grants from DARPA, NSF, and private innovation funds
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Published record in top-tier AI conferences (minimum 3 NeurIPS/ICML papers)
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in ethics, fairness, and interpretability in AI systems
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) or willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding ($500k+ preferred)
