Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors
- Lead end-to-end deployment of generative AI models with robust MLOps frameworks
- Develop future-proof data pipelines processing petabyte-scale datasets
- Conduct AI feasibility studies and ROI analyses for 2026 technology roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging AI paradigms and ethical implementation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture with 3+ years in generative AI systems
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment
- Published research in NLP or computer vision at NeurIPS/ICML venues
- Proven track record of leading AI projects with $5M+ budgets
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act and ethical AI frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
