Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI architectures for enterprise clients across healthcare, logistics, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and UX specialists
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with 2026 regulatory standards
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Identify emerging AI trends and translate them into competitive advantages
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum AI models
- Mentor junior strategists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Strong command of Python, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
