Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years C-suite experience
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical doctorate
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 100+ members
- Expertise in federated learning and edge AI architectures
- Certified in AI governance frameworks (ISO/IEC 42001)
- Experience securing federal/state AI innovation grants
