- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and product strategists
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor emerging AI trends (quantum computing integration, neuromorphic chips) and translate into actionable plans
- Present AI strategy to investors and industry stakeholders
- Drive adoption of MLOps best practices across 50+ global deployment sites
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Proven track record of scaling ML systems to 10M+ user deployments
- Expertise in federated learning and edge computing architectures
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in quantum algorithm development
