Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's AI strategy for 2026, aligning with business goals and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities across the organization
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and integrate relevant technologies into our strategy
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure AI initiatives are effectively executed
- Present AI strategy and progress to the executive team and board of directors
- Drive innovation in AI applications, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful AI strategies in a corporate environment
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Experience with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance
