- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Identify emerging AI trends and competitive threats; recommend strategic pivots
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Present AI strategy outcomes to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy leadership
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing applications
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
