Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level leadership
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions generating $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging AI domains: generative models, quantum computing integration, neuromorphic systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier-1 institution
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or equivalent industry impact
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience scaling AI teams from 50 to 200+ professionals across multiple geographies
