- Mentor a team of 12+ AI strategists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and ethical frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience with quantum-AI hybrid systems and edge computing
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Strong background in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
