- Manage $50M+ R&D budget for frontier AI research initiatives
- Represent company at global AI policy summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 12+ years in AI strategy development
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 100+ members across global hubs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or AGI safety
- Expertise in deploying AI at hyperscale (AWS/GCP/Azure) with 99.99% uptime
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience founding or exiting an AI startup with $50M+ valuation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
