- Represent company at industry forums shaping 2026+ AI policy and standards

- Oversee $15M+ AI R&D budget allocation for strategic projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Published thought leadership on future AI trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
